The Icing on the Cake

The snow started Monday evening. We shoveled 2 inches before heading in to enjoy the warmth from the wood stove and dinner.
It snowed all night and continued all day Tuesday.
Amos is center top and his house is the A-frame top right.
Amos the snow dog!

Deck is nearly met by snow in yard.

Snow gives our old picnic table a new look!

The black in the center left is the back of the park bench in the shade garden...

Our end of shoveling Tuesday afternoon--picnic table accumulation over 30 inches...
The snow stopped falling after we went to bed.
Wednesday morning, dark and early, boompa was out shoveling-- work to be done but no daylight burning!
Beautiful morning!!
Spectacular sunrise looking out at front yard.
view from the family room

Amos likes his snow igloo home.
Boompa found the front walk under 3 ft drift.
DC helps with the straight way of our driveway
and the shared driveway to the road. Thank you!

Great neighbors helping out.
Tractorman neighbor saves the day!! Thank you!

JT is fierce in her snow fort.
